In Service Deptt. Mr.Muralidhar, Sivanna, Koteswar thinking they are God. They are all in all. If employee don't oil massage then you can't growth at Medha.

...at Medha. Otherwise you will realise your experience value not given in Medha. Muralidhar formula is if one experience person out then 3 manpower can increase in same salary. But they can't think experience person have a family.. Same on you. I have total 8 years waste in Medha.

...t. Top Management is working very hard to take the organization to next level. They paid full salary during lockdown and later reduced the no. of leaves, reduced bonus and increment to 30% of actual amount for that year.

HR is weak. HR policies can be improved.

...ed to associates are good. For beginners it's good company to start your career. Bonus and other things are good only if you are sycophant. No technical knowledge skills will develop in this company.

Micro management. HR on-boarding experience wrost. No support after joining in company, Management tone changed talked rudely no work life balance. Biased management. Experience holder no value if you have expertise in A. Company management will give work in X. Company culture not so good feels like regret. Company only needs labour's.

Yearly twice increment and field of work

Not a 5 day office. Lot of deductions from salary that you can't expect. No difference in salary if highly performed, get same amount of money of less skilled people.
