There are ots of work here, not specific. Sometimes I feel I'm working in sales department where target matters, your ratings, increment based on your targets. There is no equal work for everyone on same position but salary is same.

When it was started in 2011, it's working was good but after few years, everything started downgrading including employeee satisfaction, work culture, services offered, compensation etc.

Dislikes

Now work culture is getting poor, office politics is at its peak, old and reliable employees are leaving, no growth opportunities, low compensation as compared to other similar companies of the sector
