...HOD is uncooperative even HR not interfere in pharmacy department becoz of HOD..No appreciation but if you do small mistake they cut your salary or sometime may be your leave...who joined here leave the job because of HOD behave..no one work under such radiculous boss..join any department except this pharmacy and nursing

Better patients caring and good health services for patients, working environment is good and lots of things I was learnt, career growth is good and travel facility is also provided

Salary is not to good according to work and compensation is also low

They don’t give any appraisal even if you are working hard. They only pay too much money to their higher designated staff those who doesn’t fit to their values.

Deaf-Dumb-blind administration, inertia in initiating new changes. They never give you feeling that your job is secure despite working with their standards. Not good for long term opportunities .
