...high.sometimes i had ti work 36hrs at a stretch in the absence of my colleagues. HR department is very bad, they wanted doctors for a labourer salary. I left the job because of the working hours and very poor pay scale. I being a 5yrs experienced resident medical officer got paid only 60k/month ctc. I do not reccomend this place for budding doctors.

No employee joins a company only to resign after six months or a year. They resign because of: 1- Toxic work environment 2- Overstretched work pressure 3- Nepotism and office politics No one likes to change jobs frequently; it is the environment that forces them to do so. They are best hospital in the market under one roof you will get all the possible treatment.

Dislikes

They don’t give any appraisal even if you are working hard. They only pay too much money to their higher designated staff those who doesn’t fit to their values.

Courteous staff, No delay in salary, ambience good , Nice infrastructure, Abundant resources & logistics.good for short term work force

Dislikes

Deaf-Dumb-blind administration, inertia in initiating new changes. They never give you feeling that your job is secure despite working with their standards. Not good for long term opportunities .

...itely join and will always say this. Very good organization and very good staff! Lab technician salary not good package but average is overall good.

Not any work dislike but only one think dislike annual appraisal very low.
