...take decisions, micro management. Nothing to learn, no recognition & appraisals.Positive points are job safety, timely disbursement of salary and flexible timings.

Dislikes

There is lack of clarity. Management/Promoters are not receptive, no streatgy is followed, prompt decisions are taken without proper conceness.

They definitely appreciate a hard work of their employees. I am blessed to have them. I have learnt a lot. Specially thanks to Dr. S L Sihag sir, Dr. Manjeet Nirwan Sir, Dr. Rajeev Munjal sir and Dr. Arun kalra sir i am really blessed that under their supervision i have worked. I feel proud to work their. They should hire a good HR according to their work environment, who always take stand for employees for their rights. Whatever they are showing in training they should be with the employees and most importantly they should keep the privacy of the employees.
