No work culture. Company can't even able to pay salaries. HR people are too worst and never respond to any mode of communication. Don't know whom to ask.

Will not pay salaries on time. They will pay salaries in installment basis . Worked for the organisation for the period of 18 months. No job security. HR team is too worst.

Very sorry to say that, its worst company, will not pay salaries on time, once in 2 months or 3 months, that 10% or 20% they will pay salary, our cibil track gone, next company is not giving jobs because of credit track is bad. Medall health care spoiled my career and worst HR system there.

Worst company ask anyone who have ever worked there, Ask them about salary date ask them about FnF status, ask them about silly policies , Even ask customers about their customer experience, yep that much worst. if you are going to join this company - A word of advice "Don't"

...ing at the top they do not have the basic knowledge and leadership qualities. They are doing always wrong with their employees like, forcefully resignation, salary committed and actual salary are totally different. They are mentioned in the offer letter about the variable salary which is almost 25% of the CTC but when you will ask about it to HR she says that "as per the company norms it is not applicable".
