Learning new things. As technical person I was allowed to take commercials also as part of my job and it helps to decide like we run the business . Since it is kind of startup if we finish the task that’s is good for company also. If we don’t do that definitely it is loss to company. If we understand that this company is really good. If we do time pass and create gossips, they will ask us to leave job.

There is no job security here don't except join here when they will going to remove don't know. Suddenly morning they will come & say don't come on tomorrow.

If we work this kind of startup with more and tougher targets, this will help us to be strong in our career. Here we can learn multi tasking and decision making. They allow us to take more responsibility and decisions.

Year end that is March we all have to work all weekends to achieve target but we can take double off after March for the compensation

No work life balance No Ethics with the Management Termination culture without any intimation and poor management strategies Poisonous working environment No respect for work, Slavery treatment for the employees

1) provides great work culture and 100% Travel provision for company Purpose. 2) Not Much Employee benefits Policies were there but good to some extent. 3) Job Security Depends on the Performance

1) Works on Non-Ethics basis. 2) There is no any job securities, they may terminate you any time after the work extraction and found you are not necessary. 3) No Trainings to the employees 4) No Motivation even though your performance in too high, like salary increment, Decision making 5) Management is like dictatorship, no values for your ideas, and have to follow their own rules even though it is wrong. 6) Negative working Environment
