No increment in 2.5 yrs ,start and end with the same salary, boss type culture, sirf suno bolo mat...no timing for work, even Sunday is not off... Mental harassment so much. Jab security zero.

I am totally dissatisfied with Mecon Limited. The working culture is not good. Upper management always disappointed the Lower staff. I have worst experience with Mecon. No job security there. If you are a contract staff on full time fixed tenure then you will be terminated after your contract expires. No one entertain you.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but no carrier growth is here. If you are in contract then you are terminated after contract expires. Your carrier spoil when you join mecon.

If posted in Ranchi and not in a transferable department, the weather and perks of a small city is enjoyable.

Dislikes

No employee care, poor appraisal system, unorganised HR functions, Policies on "Face-Value" culture, poor salary distribution, Bloated organization structure, too cumbersome working policies and inefficient manpower burden, too stressful for people who work, easy for people who don't want to work and can go by just watching walls.

Likes

Location and township are good. you can balance your personal and professional life in this company. Seniors are supporting and working environments are friendly.

Poor salary structure for contractual employees with no job security.

Provide good salary hike for the persons who are paid less in other organisation. Salary is provided on the basis of your work experience & qualification. Not on previous company salary.

Dislikes

Salary is paid minimum 20 of next month. HR working system is slow as compared to other organisation. No employee portal for leave creation & for hr policy etc.
