... life balance, attend calls, unnecessary meetings even after working hours. 3. salary not on time. 4. no compensation, OT for engineers. 5. meetings everyday for large number of hours. 6. inappropriate system, created by management. 7. you'll lose your self confidence in meetings by receiving only negative reviews from director. 8. no proper holidays.

Nothing... Backwas company ever i have seen. Join here only if you want to ruin both your personal and career life.

Everything...!! Especially Management dominance on the innocent employees. #No better appraisal and salary package. #No encourage for your hardworks. #Unnecessary pressurising employees even though the workload is very less. #Management not even know how to run an organization. #Everyday you have to work at least of 12hours. #Can't apply for personal leaves, they tell to work even on Sunday and other holidays. #Fickle minded Director and Operation Manager(Director's wife). #They don't relive you in a proper manner, always they harrase their employees while reliving. Many more faults....! Accept this company employment offer only if you want to treaten badly.
