Everything...!! Especially Management dominance on the innocent employees. #No better appraisal and salary package. #No encourage for your hardworks. #Unnecessary pressurising employees even though the workload is very less. #Management not even know how to run an organization. #Everyday you have to work at least of 12hours. #Can't apply for personal leaves, they tell to work even on Sunday and other holidays. #Fickle minded Director and Operation Manager(Director's wife). #They don't relive you in a proper manner, always they harrase their employees while reliving. Many more faults....! Accept this company employment offer only if you want to treaten badly.
