I never ever suggest any one to work in mechatronics because mechatronics only required Engineer who can work like a labour the company take interest in you only when they need work from you and also salary process is so slow , if you're bachelor one day you will get married but still you will not get salary . Bad experience from Bad company . After so many mail they are not going to listen you , this company keep my 4 and half month salary at last all i want to say please never ever join this company it's a request to all engineer . Better to wait for good opportunity from good company . 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

The management is really supportive. The team is helpful. Their is a sense of familial ties. They gave me a chance although I had taken a career break

You will not get the salary on monthly bases. MD will tell that he don't have money to pay salary. That this bill is pending. So like it will delay by 8 to 9 month. Don't join this company. It is better to stay without job. No proper hike. No professionalism. If you leave the company then you won't get your pending salaries and you need to fight legally if you want your salary.

Company is good. as a project engineer i learn so much in machineries and design.project is manufactured as a cousomer requirement so knowing about how to talk with coustomer or deal with coustomer.

Salary expectation is poor. And work environment is also poor ther is no facility's. Company is small. Sometimes i work 8 or 10 hr but theri is no extra salary or overtime money. As a project engineer i design and assemble the machine sometimes i operate the dro machine its good i learn so much about that machine but its not my work.

Not using any new technology, not give you salary on time even your package already near 100000pa. If you are buttering someone you will be team lead with same package with official mail or docs.
