The salaries are not not good as per the designation also they were not sending the juniors on the different sights for Learn the new things and see the new systems also they should have to give the chance for the diploma holders as the internship or something like that also they are not giving the transport.,food,health insurance

Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.
