Family members are working due to which completely non professional behavior. Some members are horrible Jaynti patle specifically ruin culture.

Not anything for like in this company totally for DET, GET labour work.Giving loading and unloading 9hours duty specially in Sri city

North people is too bad as a senior.they have given a work like loading unloading of part cleaning of shop floor dumping of garbage. They totally thaught that if ur coming thare your so poor as DET and GET giving only labour work.only making that person fool company is not telling truth after you have reached that place they are tell to us here have 2 years working

Mech company is very good to opportunity to build a knowledge in safety . there are follow good safety rule .

The work pressure is very high because safety supervisor is less that reason i have to work 14-15 hours and sometimes 24 hours

Working culture and internal professional relation was good. Working in a systematic manner to perform some task. Each dept is given their kra and they work in likey manner only.

Dislikes

Working time is much of 12 hours. One can not balance work & life. One if thinking for doing up down for job at this place will not work for long. Propritory firm it is and so is conservative in nature. Many a times seems they feel unsecured for their business and so don't allow other employees to go in their workshop to understand the fabrication technicals.
