No guarantee for Job Undefined salary structure for employees. Given preference to Management people only. They do not required Policy changeable person to implement good things. As per management the decision decided, u can't take ur own decision for even creating email. Hopeless company, I am recommended donnot join,even given good package to u.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
