1. Very low Target (8 hours work can be done in 3 hours) 2. You can sleep in night shift after completing works. But now there's supervisor in night shift too, that's why can't sleep. 3. Good food

1. Low salary 2. No promotion 3. Repetitive tasks 4. Dominance of permanent workers 5. New ideas are not accepted even if it can save time.

All things are good, maximum senior staff(90-95%)is very helpful 🥰😇 they tried to guide to new member always.

Dislikes

Some members of staff are like stuff, they used always offensive language. They can't see new member is doing work well so that's why in some place no new member continue it's job. Workers also like stuff no one gives respect to anyone they don't see what's the age/post of this person.

One of the good organisation to with, found many good opportunity to develop skills, caliber.

Dislikes

Every coin has two side, similar MAIL have some positive and few negative, like no training for new guys on TQM, six sigma aspects.
