Not satististied after giving good sales. If don, t have 20 percent less knowledge, then try to teach the emplyee not to insult.

Dislikes

They have not settled my pf. They wasted much time of employee by coming and going to the company. They listen to old emloyees, they don,t care new employees. They don, t understand what is goinon back of them. They just listen to their old employees. Competition in sales menship and say bad backside of them to create a good image before senior officers.

Now it became franchise Store, owned by Manyavar. Management think about their profits not about staff welfare. Policies are meant for company growth by giving less salaries in covid pandemic. No guarantee for job.

Dislikes

Sales pressure, in un season also gave sales targets if u complete target only will get incentives.
