Products are really good. Dr. awareness about the brand and out of India presence is good. In case you can manage your Superior you can retire in this organisation.

Dislikes

Majority of the office staff be it Dispatch @ CFA level, Finance, HR @ regional office level all are on Contract basis. Except HR nobody is prompt or accountable. None of the contract employees occupying the Finance or other departments answer on mails unless an escalation from Channel head goes. Expiries claims are not settled leading to major disputes with Distributors, this hits the sales badly. It is a challenge to sell the near expiry goods. Salaries & wages, HR, Finace nobody is clearly aware that who is responsible for PF, Pensions, Updation with govt departments, Moreover no contract basis worker share his mobile number to give an update......

Current transition from meadjohnson to RB. In that process middle management spoiling culture that’s indirectly know shop floor people. That’s what I am feeling too...

They make you work as a telecaller in the name of nutrition consultant, to take requests for free sample, and note addresses. There is no learning or growth, very unprofessional behaviour.

Dislikes

They had promised a job at Mead Johnson Nutrition but gave a small workplace, which after a lot of complains I could get changed , but to no better avail.

Firstly it's Mission, Vision and Core Values. Followed with ethical business, transpirancy in operation, freedom to work based on business needs without deviation in SOPs, Employee oriented and many more.........
