Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I've work here for 6 years company is good with good culture. Training is handled by TVS motor company employee itself thats was an additional benefit for the new joined executives.

Dislikes

Dislikes about MDH TVS is employees the General Manager and the Sales manager who has null knowledge about the products and they only know how to make money. They don't support team and sales executive. This is the wrost thing in that
