...pany. There is a lot of politics and the management does not address out issues. Salary is descent but career growth is very slow. Company not support there Old and long time job employees. 😣

The company has built its value and product is known in the market. You have a good work life balance. No one will pressure you to work late unless and until too much necessary for any product launch or something. The MD is very great.

The company lack in HR policies and Compensation, job security. You will get fired in no time if your boss doesn’t like you. Too much of politics. Remember to deliver your target, this is only thing you can sustain here.

It's a growing company and the best part of the company is supported all cross functional, salary on time since my working period I have never seen late ya litigation. Product quality and Marketing strategy is like MNC.
