It's not secure. Management is not a good payer. No Compensation and Benefits. Hardly, any hikes.

...clare the P&L of recent FY. Management barely looks after employee satisfaction. Salary is very low compared to Cost of Living in current Regime. No Career growth and Salary hike at all.

Person who is looking stagnant Salary with no career growth with great Job security.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Job Role will be good but career wise growth will not be there. Financial status will be stagnant. Only good for the ones who wants JOB Security without hike. Pay scale is not followed as per Qualified ones.

The units are much better than the Corp. office. Some people are good and honest with full dedication.

Dislikes

Terrible politics inside the corporate office. The aim is to confront the juniors everytime no matter whose fault it is. No proper management policy. Illegal and malpractices going on every now and then.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
