This company site management and job security not Okey. I am working two year continue after contract close no any benefit given example no bonus, no notice period payment, no gratuity and no any final settlement. Total overall experience is very bad.

I worked with mbecl from 1 yr and I experienced alot due to sallery settlement company culture and politics behavior...but I'm not satisfied this company.

Compensation is not decent, but growth is fast. The work pressure is high. Sometimes,i have work 9-12 hrs straight in a day.. but managers do not value a strength.

...gement is transperant. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot policies and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets Reliable, high quality Coal products and has a global client base.and this Company working time is a 8 hrs in a shift wise. And all facilities is provided by this company.

Compensation is decent, but growth is soow. The work pressure is high if any fault is occures then fastly is solve because this is coal production plant and payment is very late giving and payment is very less then according to Qualifications and Experience
