The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest skill or technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that has a global client base. My colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re- hire policy here. This company left a deep impression in my mind and I learning large things from here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14- 18 hours straight in a day.

The seniors use to support and they allowed me to lead a department in one site and for that my growth was huge.

The management use to provide support in job related issues but they never intervened in salary hiking or any type of bonuses. They use to praise in words but not in monetary matter.

This company site management and job security not Okey. I am working two year continue after contract close no any benefit given example no bonus, no notice period payment, no gratuity and no any final settlement. Total overall experience is very bad.

...gement is transperant. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot policies and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.
