...gement is transperant. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot policies and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

In my opinion work-life balance and as well as company culture are the main reason to continue the job in this company. It is the best company I have worked ever and not only that very less people can say "I am satisfied". Yes I am satisfied with my work and my boss.

Its my bad luck that after joining I am not at all satisfied with my salary and career growth where as every time I have got very good points in appraisal. So, somehow I am the victim of worst office politics done by some persons. I am again telling it is not the culture of company.

I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets Reliable, high quality Coal products and has a global client base.and this Company working time is a 8 hrs in a shift wise. And all facilities is provided by this company.

Compensation is decent, but growth is soow. The work pressure is high if any fault is occures then fastly is solve because this is coal production plant and payment is very late giving and payment is very less then according to Qualifications and Experience
