...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policices are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bouns every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary isdecent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is given to new joinees.

... , he was support me every time if I have any doubts. Management is excellent . he provide me better salary, incentives, benefit as per my worked experience. The company policy is better, here the completed provided better environment to worked any shifts.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-15 hours straight in a day as I have to attend Client call in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

...ll team leaders were shouting in the company over the employee. No team respect. Also, no correct compensation for doing over time. Very bad working environment. Seniors, mostly use rough launguage over the employee. Overall as a 1st job experience i got worst experience there.
