...ll team leaders were shouting in the company over the employee. No team respect. Also, no correct compensation for doing over time. Very bad working environment. Seniors, mostly use rough launguage over the employee. Overall as a 1st job experience i got worst experience there.

... excellent work conditions n MCM. Supportive teammates and excellent Management. Job security and on time salary are also positive things about MCM.

There is lack of company culture and salary hike is not enough.

There is no politics... And senior is so friendly.. So good environment.. Ony focus of increase salary and focus on security of job.. There is no security..

...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policices are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bouns every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary isdecent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is given to new joinees.
