During salary negotiation they will con you, telling you are the highest salary in the entire company but in reality you are the middle are in lower. Once Joined you will get sad!

I would appreciate the job security and work culture in this company. We almost continuously have projects which I would consider a very good indicator. Even though work satisfaction is subjective, I personally is very satisfied with my work.

Dislikes

...is definitely a change (not positive) in work culture due to management changes. Compensation is not at par with the prevailing rates (Partially due to company's financial condition)

Company having good Culture, work-life balance, Job security. Company has good cafeteria & food facility. Teammates are very cooperative. Policies are transparent.

Dislikes

Poor career growth & opportunities and compensation & benefits. Appraisal & salary hike need to be fair. Notice period after resignation is of 2 months.

Challenging projects and up to date softwares used.

...not original McDermott but acquired from CB&I so it does not have a MNC culture. They win IOCL jobs by below quotation so they may pay you 10% more and will make sure you work equivalent to 3 persons. Other departments maybe good but project controls is very bad beign led by a person who does not even know primavera. Think twice before joining project controls department.

Few people didn't get the extension and others which do get the extension find their salary cut but not the permanent guys, instead of this company could go for salary deduction for everyone and with that money could have given the extension for 1-2 month with prior notice.
