Likes

They focus for work there is no restriction for timing of reaching on site in the morning. You have to involve in the site to learn, how to deal with problems

Dislikes

Family base company all supervisors and incharge are full of family members so work completion responsibility on out sider (like site engineer). There no appreciation for good work. Company is full of politics.
