Every where slashes in salary, laying off happening because of COVID outbreak even in this catastrophe. we are working together as a team and putting phenomenal effort to balance the forthcoming days. This could have not possible without the decision makers of mazenet, they make us to understand and cleared about the situation.

Nothing to detailed about the dislike. But, its Human nature we will feel lazy and dislike to work or going to work everyday when this thought arise we will start excuse and "DISLIKING" things.

Since it is a private enterprise, it looks only for profit. No employee satisfaction. Payments are okay and it is disbursed almost in time.

Dislikes

No employee guidance about their furfure life. The HR teams are very poor. I can't blame them, because their capacity is up to the mark only.
