...ently for the well being of everyone ( students ,patients and the doctors). P.S. Do not bother serving a notice period before your resignation ;The administration wont be giving u the remainder salary, the security desposit or even the work experience anyway.

they are very unprofessional. they will cut 10% of your salary as security and will not return on resignation. they will also not pay you for the notice period. they will also not give work experience certificate. also the chairman and dean behaviour is unprofessional.

The institute is in its child phase, with amazing coworkers and healthy competition. The work place is good and provides an good learning scale.

Dislikes

Though the workplace and teammates are good but the management part is poor. Compensation is decent but work recognition is poor. Favouritism is what disappoint the most.

...abanki.. i didnt got satisfactory response... from them.. that y i drop my job.. but i didnt get my final salary and all other deducted amount ... after giving all clearance.. my resignation .... Thanks

It's a medical college ,with less patients as another medical college is 1 km away

Dislikes

Salary always late from 3 days to 5 days ,it was just beside a railway track ,so lot of pollution and local transport in night was almost like nil
