Since they have fixed term policy so you cannot expect you have to go as per the discretion of your reporting boss ,They don’t value your efforts nor they will appreciate HR doesn’t know what to do .No transparency .no staff training .Superficially decorated institute with complex management .

Dislikes

I dislike their fixed term contract policy because it’s increases job insecurity and promotes flattering or type people which demotivates hard workers.

I like the familiarity with the place

Lately the place has not stayed true to its values. Many new employees have tried to shape it in their vision which has proved to be counter productive and detrimental to the school. Also, the staff quarters are below average and need serious overhauling.
