In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. All the hotels are so well maintained but for doing the we need to be competent like old property.Its all old school method using. No authority of doing work. Not liking at all.

It's all about owner oriented property,we can't take a single decision to make happy of the guest.even we can't give a 250gms of cake for a special occasion if guest request. So work calture should be charged.

Nothing. For junior level stability is decent but company works on odia culture which had nothing wrong but only promoting one culture is not good

Dislikes

The environment is toxic where everyone wants to make money wrong way from owners to staff. Run by non hoteliers and non professional directors . The president is an idiot and with his real brothers is involved in all mal practises
