Worst HR policy, internal politics, and most of the seniors are under skilled. If do not like it when you have better salary than them. Worst human being. HR people are pathetic and most toxic.

I have been part of Maxxton for past 10 years & it has been incredibly fulfilling journey . The company fosters a healthy & supportive work environment , which make it a joy to be here . My hard work has always been recognized & appreciated . Recently , I had privilege of visiting our headquarters in the Netherlands , It was amazing experience that not only deepened my connection to the organization but also allowed me to witness company's global culture firsthand.

In company they don’t give proper KT and ask us to do all work without knowing those. If we ask about some assistance they took hole day to connect and sometimes they won’t connect and ask us updates and insults in front of team like it’s simple task you are not capable to work like that.

Dislikes

All employees will not give proper support until or unless it became big issue. Managers will not guide us properly and we can’t learn new skills. Better don’t join this company
