Worst company. Pradeep and jyoti accounts team member are playing blame game on other team members. They think of themselves as they are the best company. They don’t provide any information about salary. They are keeping salary of the employees for 2 months and saying that Sumeep Mann is in USA and he has not given money. They just like to keep people’s money and at the end they say that person had performance issue. Appraisal meetings are pathetic and clearly favouritism can be seen. They even don’t get washroom repaired and ask employees to go to public washrooms. Pradeep and jyoti are having affair and Devesh has taken clips of them kissing and leaked the videos.

... Accounts department jyoti and pradeep are toxic people ruining lives of people. They don’t pay salary on time and 2 months salary delay is common. There is absolutely zero zeal in the organisation to learn and grow. They are like monkeys. They just know how to play blame game and keep issuing notices. There have been multiple cases against Sumeep and his wife simran.

Nothing I can say is good in Maxxmann Communication.

Dislikes

Poor Management skills. No Value of employees. Much delay in salary. Unfair deductions as they don't even share salary slips. They still need to learn meaning of learning and growth.

Really enjoyed working in this organisation, learnt alot in my tenure. Colleagues are very helpful and fun to work with. Overall A+

firm decisions need to be made to address the 19-20 gap to move forward effectively. Rest all is well.
