Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year. Here management is transparent, overall Maxop group is very good but Unit-2 work culture is very bad from last 1 year because here play more politics than work since last 1 year.

Job not safe here in engineering department, isse achha to ghar baitho ya jis company me ho us company me raho I suggest to all baki as your wish, agar job aage nhi krna chahte to ye company join kro baki tum khud ghar baith jaoge. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
