Very less salary, increments and salary hikes based on recomendations not based on qualification,hard work and talent. Need to do multiple works apart from your desgnation. Need to do overtime work also but don't pay any over time money.

Simple she will remove call centre agents there is no reasons and even HR also doesn't care about this ....
