Nothing. I like only one thing that is I have managed to learn recruitment from this company. Though it was very tough to survive.

...gly, most of the employees don't know how to talk with their juniors/seniors. 9. A lot of salary issues 10. Kochar is full of unprofessionalism. 11. Supervisors are not aware of the field work.

Maxicus is an indispensable criteria, by which, one can commence it's journey with a little amount of a salary like 10 to 14k . This must never be forgotten that Kochar never gets late to pay the salary & promotion. They are affable & humble too. The only thing that I do not adore in Maxicus is they have stopped drop & on the contrary salary is too low.

Really speechless how employees work in this company I did not know the company did not give my 1 month salary that is why I need to resign it but no salary given to me approx two months gone also the HR not helping...they just ignoring if we try to contact...

Good company for frehser to learn something and grow in life but if you are experienced then it is not a good option for you but for starting it is a good company.
