Management and HO people's are not co operating. Each and everybody think they are boss Worst management ............... They don't value quality. Not treat everyone the same. Not fixed working hours Over work pressure There is no Time less work Company tag line shortage shortage

Factory invironment is very bad .no job security here .The higher management is very low category .it was my very big mistake of work here

No trainings provide,no job security,shift time is 9:00 am to 9:00pm ,also management always force to their staffs for work late. I have worked here with good talented person but they didn't stay for long time here .I had worked here for 1.5 years, I seen almost 15-20 staffs members switched or terminated from their job .finaly I would like to say that please check all the things about this factory before joining here.

The owner of this company Mr. Pawan Yadav thinks himself as a God. Just couldn't able tolerate his behavior for more than a month... All those ratings that you see here 4.2 is fake ratings. Never join this company. No job security. No work life balance. No timing for going home. Slavery type behavior of the owner and the list goes on and on.
