Company owner is good and he tries to provide the best to his employees but the middle management is very toxic they never lets their subordinates to grow and takes away all the benefits of grass root level workers.

Dislikes

There is HR appointed over there in maxspare so that there is no equality in maxspare. All the managers and team lead over there are less educated and only knows the work because they started working there from childhood or when the company started that's why all have a bad attitude and ruins the work life balance. Managers harass the low level employee and even abuse sometimes. These all happens because there is no Hr and all these things goes unnoticed. Managers and management pokes their nose in employees personal matter.
