Dislikes

Lack of training, harrasment candidate for work , lack of field help , managers are not supportive they just bark but don't motivate agency manager at every hour . Mentally torture the candidate for work and pressurized day night equally, call anytime without thinking it's an off or weak day holiday. Never think about personal life also the manager are shameless because they trespass their manager homes without intimation and do misbehave with everyone in office. Facing Toxic Culture and Management Issues.
I joined Axis Max Life Insurance, on 24 Dec 2024, After 11 Jan 2025 I started receiving hate and toxic culture from the female L1 Manager BRM. On Axis Max Life Insurance. Because I refused to do their personal work and work on the week off. Because I'm not the licking Employee. Now the female manager starts harassing me. The branch didn't even have the security CCTV Cameras so I don't have a Recording. But I have witnesses. She is too toxic And I feel mentally drained and harassing. What should I do because she is female I can't take unnecessary action. Please share the thoughts and advice and need help asap.
