Max Lic trained us digitally with products vedios, digital visiting cards, zoom meetings with clients etc. Co.gave seutity n protection for covid-19 to the advisors n their family.too. gave advance RYC. wh helps advisors much. PASA list also helps me much. proud to be in Max LIC. thank u

...ed to secure all class people family. so monthly 5k is much for the lower class. so many are their who are able to pay monthly 2k. recently Co.made premium paying mode as yrly once.. sometimes it's difficult for the clients. pls do the needful. i wish Max LIC shd reach n serve all aspects of people with it's excellent service.

Second Saturday and Sunday, third Saturday and Sundays are off. No other perks.

... from you. More than 5 persons already left the office with their toxic culture. Don't trust their words during interview they will give a package which is lesser than your current ctc and will give excuses as you will earn promotions in a fast track mode. nothing doing you will not meet their unrealistic targets. Hope my review will help future comers. thank you.

The thing is like about max life insurance is salary credit is on time and 2nd and 3rd Saturday is also weekoff.

...they expect high level quality work from employees. Worst management and system. Field work also involved in the low salary. 2 field visit per day.

Salary Too much office politics. Sometimes good work is limited to some folks. Career growth opportunities are limited to only some section of the teams

Appraisal depends upon reporting manager, new candidates came with higher package but old employees voice can not get into company ear because of team leaders. Competition are very good in this situation.
