As I m new training yet to be started from tomorrow... They show interest in new colleagues but promises like salary is less n will be credit if advisor sell there products otherwise no salary.

Max life insurance company is one of the best company which is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology . I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable , high quality products , a global client base and has a excellent team leaders . Another plus point is that my colleagues came from various cultural background , and we work happily in collaboration

Compensation is decent but work pressure is high .

To be very honest . Leaders are not at all good. They don’t treat people with respect. Just Bogus Company I ever worked with.

Everything. Full of Politics. Managers and leaders are not at all good.. Doesn’t provide Exact salary. And the KRA’s don’t match what they said during Interview.

...ing is a drama, just photo session. If you want a support just drama of support. They will ask you to invest your salary for different things Go's meeting, Trips, advertising, pamphlet, etc no conveyance for field work. Half of the salary goes in faltu and than after doing 16 hrs 7days a week work they tell that barat main aaya hai.. so it's better you do a labour job of 8 hrs and Get 500 Rs. Per day.
