Only progress, no social life. Work life balance zero. Always Ready to deduct all possible money from the salary. No appreciation. Value of life is zero. Unnecessary pressure on site staff despite failing in providing proper material and tools to site. Promises will never be fulfilled, management will suck all your blood. No clear policy. Policies being changed each day as suitable to the management. PF (both share), insurance are paid by the employee. You give your best, achieve all your targets, management will take it like an average. Not a good place to work. No sunday, no holiday.. its hell

The company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable high quality products and has a global clients base as a result I get to travel in other companies

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients calls in the evening and some time late in to the night
