Best state of art infrastructure, facilities and professionalism. Focus on up to date academics. Everyone is working hard and mostly dedicated. Head of department is super cool, well qualified,very knowledgeable and ever helping person.

Dislikes

Below average salary and hardly any incentives. HR could be more helpful and have empathy. Lots and lots of documentations and paperwork ( for same thing) Hard works and efforts could be recognised and appreciated better. Very long notice period for resignation.

They always acknowledge employees good work and appreciate them. Digitalisation in work which reduce paper work. Maintain good Interpersonal relationships with staff.

Poor Location of corp office Human Resourse people are good for nothing yet drawing hearty pay checks. Appraisal are very poor. Top management are handsomely paid at the expense of junion and mid management

No professional growth, Max don't allow growth of their own employees instead of that they bring someone less competitive than you and give them higher designation with higher salary...no vertical growth at all...
