...work they pressured to do double shift and they said we give you food but they did not pay of your double shift work And briefing waste of time your working hour is 6 hour or night time 12 hour but after you complete your duty hour you should wait to your senior for briefing and they take your 1 to 2 hr. In briefing and you can't take rest after that because that briefing is very depressing 😔

...satisfied with your work they will make sure that you do not get another job. 6. Let's talk about salary, they give incriment not seeing your work performance but after seeing your Flattery quality, more you flatter of your seniors more incriment you will get. 7. There is lots of politics if you studied nursing then no one can save you there but if studied politics you can survive 8. There is no job security if you just make a small mistake they will force you to give resignation and if you doing good work with no complaint then they will make you suffer in taking resignation ... In the last I have lots to say but I think for a wise person that's enough And I'll give you only one advice, don't join Max Hospitals you will regret it later and also never join any corporate hospital in Delhi or gurugram. Just join any 100 beded hospital.

Working hours exceed & there is no extra pay for extra working hours. Nobody is bothered about relieving the staff on time. It was always about 2hrs over the normal working hours. No extra pay for double shift. Supervisor put double duty without even asking. And they don’t give off even the counted ones we have. Also they don’t even allow us to take CL which is our own. So selfish!! Not considering about staff at all!!! Just focusing on money making & how to take best out of employees. Not at all thinking about staff nurse! Terrible!!
