No salary increase according to staff nurse work.No any bonus on any festival.Everybody shout on nursing staff like doctors,security,no body give respect.nursing staff work hard but high salary gives others persons.Nursing staff salary around 15000 after 6 years experience.Staffs are not satisfied with our salaries.No body see this not body take any action._

it is good company for work as well as to learn new things. but here is no career growth because of very less appraisal. for me i am working in this company through last 4.5 years and i have only 3 thousands rupees growth in these years. how a person can survive very though for me.

In max their is everything for learning in every field.salary is also good and the appraisal is also too good. The enviroment of max is excellent for working as well as for learning also.I like max healthcare from the bottom of my heart.

...ssional and noncommitted, unimodality, experience of small hospital - doctors . Those who butter seniors, indulge in politics and least output in patient care given weightage , pay , perks, position. As until you work in the Radiodiagnosis Department, MAX Shalimar Bagh the seniors Admin or from MAX Saket will not understand the politics. I initiated and established and headed Dept of Radiodiagnosis in a particular MAX branch since 2011, but had to leave because of politics created to snatch headship , seniority and pay despite having the best turn around time, awards, initiated DNB programme, only one efficient in all Modalities USG, CT Scan and MRI. Seniors from MAX Saket or Senior Admin cannot understand in their monthly visit because of politics created to take headship, salary as they are not working in the Dept. Despite being popular in patients and clinical colleagues because of my reporting because of politics I had to quit. I have experience of more than 25 years in all three modalities and experience of Sir Gangaram Hospital, Rajeev Gandhi Cancer Hospital and served max for almost thirteen years - for me mental peace was more important than working in a place where patient care suffered and politics was given weightage. MAX as a healthcare organization is great but the admin from Saket will never come to know of Dept politics
