Management never helps you in crisis. Consultants belittle and abuse their staff, HR always takes their side as “they generate revenue” and is a mute spectator to the abuse. Pathetic work envt and politics. Appraisals are a joke here!

...the period of lockdown since the hospital management told me revenues were down. Even before lockdown, my salary was delayed by three months. Midway through the lockdown, at the time of renewal of my contract, I was told by the CEO that my contract would be renewed only for a period of 3 months since that company was in financial trouble. This was done past the fate of contract renewal without any riot discussion. My faith in the hospital leadership was broken.

Lack of clear leadership and an autocratic and opaque style of management

It's a good place to learn, salary on time, you get promoted if deserve etc.

Dislikes

Max work with lesser manpower to get maximum output which is overburden for every employee. Due to which employee are not satisfied with their work.

Likes

Best state of art infrastructure, facilities and professionalism. Focus on up to date academics. Everyone is working hard and mostly dedicated. Head of department is super cool, well qualified,very knowledgeable and ever helping person.

Dislikes

Below average salary and hardly any incentives. HR could be more helpful and have empathy. Lots and lots of documentations and paperwork ( for same thing) Hard works and efforts could be recognised and appreciated better. Very long notice period for resignation.

Likes

They always acknowledge employees good work and appreciate them. Digitalisation in work which reduce paper work. Maintain good Interpersonal relationships with staff.

Dislikes

Salary should be according to employee’s experience.
