I love to work in max after covid situation everyone got pressure on work due less man power and less management if they give opportunity i like to work again with company. covid time many Department manager left job due covid and family takecare company have to give again job opportunity for them to grow in there Family.

Dislikes

pressure and less manpower and less management and i did not liked salary debit in covid situation for 6 month andbecause everymonth 7 days lop and also used all my 30 days earn leaves was debited which company have to settlement after job left.

We are doing all type work in Max Retail division as a head cashier and department manager. But no appreciation,and response by management, but company is good and long time job security, but not a same location. The management require of location changes in every year, so ready to move every year in other cities.

Dislikes

We are not Location changes without any salary grouth and hra. because we are not ready to move with same salary and in high cost cities, it's not a good for employees and company due to employee not satisfy with management decisions, so employees not giving to 100%. It's effect to other employees and also store culture.

I would be very happy to write about lifestyle international Max fashion pvt Ltd as I have joined max fashion as an inventory manager in year 2021 and worked 3 years till July 2023. The best thing about company is the learnings and experiences also the best thing is that it's been 1.5 years I had left my job and still on diwali I got some amount of bonus or incentive from them which I had literally not expected last year also I had got some amount of bonus and this year also before Diwali I got some amount credited. Therefore it's clear everything about companies ethical values and how importance they give to their employees. I feel very lucky to have worked with them they take care of employees not only in their working period but also after they had left the company. Kudos to you 🙏🏻👍🏻

I actually didn't like anything about MAX fashion as a company, very poor work environment specially the department I was working with.

Dislikes

High expectations with less salary, no work life balance, nobody cares about your mental health and physical health, 18 hours working sessions after that it continues on Whatsapp, No weekend breaks. etc.

There is no security in our company,any time you can be removed if ur salary is more,like high tenure high cost, and also staff related allowance not given properly , unnecessary Sops which makes ur personal life hell, they will squeeze in the name of trainings any time, frequently changing in Plano grams which makes u engage in that instead of Sales, too much task for the staff which they unable to concentrate, staff maternity leaves salary is not given properly. Stock's will be unloading by the sales staff only. Quality of the fabric is also not good ,due to that customers are getting angry on staff.

Too much Sops,lots of trainings, frequently Plano grams changing, staff benefits are not getting properly ,long working hours'..
