I worked at niva Bupa health insurance as a management trainee in Bank of Baroda (banca channel) there are good environment and supportive people

Very low salary and not any facilities provided through company.

It was very good experience to me as a fresher, good career opportunities, good composition, incentives, very discipline company culture, thanks to Maxbupa.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

If you know buttering and you are ready for compromising your personal life for job then this is right place for you👍

Internal Politics. Forcing people for OT without pay and if you deny your growth end. Unsycronised working process. Working ways will make your personal life hamper.

...you need to put so much effort on the table and carrier growth is at slow pace . Salary is negotiable but not awesome.

There is nothing much to learn in insurance company.I personally never wanted to pursue carrier in insurance sector but destiny has its own plans.
