Biasness in everything if you're a male. Unjust policies. No induction for new hires so you must find out yourself how to get things done here. It was very good experience to me as a fresher, good career opportunities, good composition, incentives, very discipline company culture, thanks to Maxbupa.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

There is nothing to like in NIVA BUPA except salary on time. otherwise its totally hell.

Dislikes

its like a hell working with niva bupa. no working culture and ethics they just torture their employees pressurize them to work after working hours they harrass mentally and disturb your all personal and professional life. seniors are not understanding. also if anyone say something and take stand for themselves they threat to hold the salary for whole month. terrible experience to working with them.
