... over multiple years in the company. No escalation matrix no feedback mechanism. They can hold your salary and 90 days of resignation period which is nowhere justified. Biasness in everything if you're a male. Unjust policies. No induction for new hires so you must find out yourself how to get things done here. Never join this company even if there aren't alternatives available.

I worked at niva Bupa health insurance as a management trainee in Bank of Baroda (banca channel) there are good environment and supportive people

Very low salary and not any facilities provided through company.

There is nothing to like in NIVA BUPA except salary on time. otherwise its totally hell.

its like a hell working with niva bupa. no working culture and ethics they just torture their employees pressurize them to work after working hours they harrass mentally and disturb your all personal and professional life. seniors are not understanding. also if anyone say something and take stand for themselves they threat to hold the salary for whole month. terrible experience to working with them.

It was very good experience to me as a fresher, good career opportunities, good composition, incentives, very discipline company culture, thanks to Maxbupa.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Internal Politics. Forcing people for OT without pay and if you deny your growth end. Unsycronised working process. Working ways will make your personal life hamper.
